After the download, find and open the folder where the file was downloaded and click on the StJudeScreenSaver2 application file.

It will then ask you to accept a licensing agreement. Then you will have to select it as your screen saver and click "Apply".

If you want to adjust how long the screen saver stays on each picture, click on the "Settings" tab next to the drop down lists of screen savers on your computer.
